Ordering by fax is easy. Be sure to include contact details, and fax through your request and any supporting documents to:

What do I need to provide?

A quick checklist for valuation requests

  • Your Loan Reference
  • Borrower names
  • Property address
  • Access provider details
  • Lender details
  • Contract or Estimated Market Value
  • Any supporting documentation in PDF format (contracts, etc)
  • Cover sheets or Valuation Request documents
  • A return email address, and invoice email address
